Acceptance

By accessing offtheclock.co or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase products.

The Logic — Digital IP Licensing

All Logic products (digital templates, frameworks, spreadsheets, and documents) are licensed, not sold. Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license to use the purchased materials for your own professional and personal projects.

You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share Logic downloads with third parties
• Upload Logic files to file-sharing platforms, template marketplaces, or any public repository
• Claim authorship or present Logic files as your own original work for commercial distribution
• Use Logic materials to create competing products or template libraries

You may:

• Use, adapt, and customize Logic files for client projects and internal use
• Reference or incorporate Logic frameworks in your professional practice
• Share outputs or deliverables produced using Logic templates with clients

Digital Download Access

Digital downloads are delivered via The Logic Vault, accessible after confirmed payment. Access tokens are valid for 30 days. You are responsible for downloading your files within that window. Contact us if your access token has expired before you could download.

No refunds are issued after download access has been granted. See the Refund Policy for full details.

Physical Goods

The Artifacts (physical products) are subject to standard consumer protection laws. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon shipment. See the Refund & Shipping Policy for return and exchange terms.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order purchases are charged at the time of order. Estimated ship dates are displayed on the product page. Delays may occur. If a pre-order is cancelled by OTC, a full refund will be issued.

User Conduct

You agree not to use the site for unlawful purposes, to attempt to access systems you are not authorized to access, or to engage in any conduct that could harm OTC, its operators, or other users.

Intellectual Property

All site content — including copy, design, imagery, and branding — is the intellectual property of Off The Clock / MKB Consulting. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

OTC products are provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, OTC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of products or the site.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which MKB Consulting is incorporated. Disputes will be resolved in that jurisdiction.

Changes

We reserve the right to update these Terms. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
