Refund & Shipping Policy

The Logic — Digital Products
No refunds are issued after download access has been granted.
Because digital files can be copied immediately upon access, all Logic purchases are final once your Vault token has been issued. This applies regardless of whether you have actually downloaded the file.
If you have not yet accessed your download and believe there was an error in your order (wrong product, duplicate charge, etc.), contact us within 48 hours of purchase and we will review on a case-by-case basis.
For pre-order Logic products: if we cancel or indefinitely delay a pre-order, a full refund will be issued automatically.
The Artifacts — Physical Products
Physical goods may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price (excluding original shipping). Items must be unused and in original condition.
To initiate a return:
- Contact us via the Connect page within 14 days of delivery
- Include your order confirmation and reason for return
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item
Non-returnable items: Limited edition or numbered items (e.g., OTC Zine Vol. 1) are final sale. This will be noted clearly on the product page.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your Artifact arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Shipping
Physical goods ship within 3–5 business days of order confirmation (unless otherwise noted on the product page). Pre-order items ship on the date specified at purchase.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility.
Once shipped, tracking information will be sent to your order email. OTC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control.
